Celebrating Women in Construction Week with Rocio Medellin, Office Engineer at Milender White! In her two years at Milender White, Rocio has gained invaluable experience on the Novel Uptown project, where she’s developed both technical skills and a passion for seeing projects come to life. Her proudest accomplishment? Overseeing the rough-in stage and building lasting relationships with Denver’s toughest inspectors. Rocio’s ability to approach problems thoughtfully, rather than reacting quickly, is key to her success. We’re proud to have her on the team!

Crystal Terrazas was honored with the 2024 Rocky Mountain ConstructABILITY Award. She has been instrumental in re-establishing Milender White as a preferred contractor at DEN Airport. In addition to leading the team on DEN Task Orders, she is building enduring relationships with subcontractors, promoting MWBE objectives, acquiring knowledge on business operations at DEN, and providing substantial support to the team. Congratulations, Crystal! You are showcasing what it means to be a woman in construction.
