Big themes from Day 1 at eTail. Build brand trust through authenticity, consistency, and aligned values. Take your time. Trust takes time. Use top of funnel media to do top of funnel media things. Drive awareness and visits - in store and online. Pick the KPIs that align with the channel. Moments matter. A mattress company connected with gamers by pointing out that as they get tired, they lose more. Sleep better = Win more. Sometimes the emotional connection is right in front of you. Test without fear. Build losing money on your first try into your model. a.k.a you learn the most when you fail. You can’t pour from an empty cup - or you can’t convert from an empty funnel.
