?? As an alumnus of the Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab, my time in the Lab with Mighty Well was truly transformative. The mentorship and networking opportunities were pivotal in accelerating our growth and refining our strategy as a medical device startup. ?? I’m proud to share that we’ve achieved all the milestones we set for ourselves during the program! Programs like the Inclusive Ventures Lab are game-changers. They go beyond offering support by investing in the success of diverse founders and opening doors that would otherwise be difficult—if not nearly impossible—to access on our own. ?? Entrepreneur Friends, I highly recommend you check out this program. Thank you, Morgan Stanley, for believing in our mission and for providing ongoing support! A special thank you to Calvin Lam, Stefan Lehmann-Karp, Carla Harris, Alice Vilma, and Andy Dunn for your mentorship. #Entrepreneurship #Startups #Mentorship #MorganStanley #Innovation #Startup #MedicalDevice

Emily's presentation will drive home how we can improve patient outcomes with PICC Covers and?Waterproof Shower Protectors,?like the?PICCPerfect? and H2O Shield? PICC Line Shower Cover. Just this morning we received a note from a patient on how the H2O Shield? helped keep her comfortable: "This is absolutely perfect! I have never finished a shower with any water leaking through this. That section of my arm stays completely dry. Easy to put on alone, comfortable to wear while showering, easy to take off without pulling on my line (as long as I have my?PICCPerfect?cover on underneath). It dries easily and has yet to develop any sort of smell. I love that it is collapsible and easy to travel with. Can't think of any way to improve it honestly!"

In case you missed it: Emily Ana Levy delivered a powerful presentation at this year's MAVAN (the Massachusetts Association for Vascular Access Network) conference and recognized this as a full circle moment ??

The Power of "Just Showing Up" - A Lesson Learned From My Entrepreneurial Journey Earlier this month, I had the privilege of being invited back speaking at the Massachusetts Network of the Association for Vascular Access (MAVAN). It was a full circle moment that felt like a homecoming. Flashback to 2014: Back then, as a student at Babson College participating in the Summer Venture Program, my mentor David Lopez, MBA, CBC, CLC suggested something simple yet powerful – "just show up" to the upcoming MAVAN event. Little did I know, that day would be career-changing. Lois Davis, the President of MAVAN,?encouraged me to stand up in front of the audience and share my story as a patient entrepreneur. Not only did I receive invaluable product feedback to refine Mighty Well's PICCPerfect (a medical device), but it unexpectedly kickstarted my public speaking career and involvement in the AVA community. Fast forward to today:?So many aspiring entrepreneurs I mentor ask me the same question – "How do I take that first step?" ?My answer is always the same: The biggest first leap you can take is simply "just showing up." Don't wait until everything feels perfect. Don't let fear paralyze you. Sometimes, the most unexpected opportunities arise from stepping outside your comfort zone and putting yourself out there. So, what are you waiting for? Start "showing up" today! #entrepreneur #publicspeaking #justshowup #womeninmedtech #womeninbusiness #medicalinnovation #KOL #vascularaccess #infusiontherapy #femalefounder #medicaldevice
