My company continues to grow with new clients as we work on environmental compliance programs. We have worked for over 300 companies with 800 locations. Our territory has also expanded as we have worked in over 39 states. Our staff has grown to four environmental compliance specialists. To manage this amount of activity, we have developed a program that helps us track all the annual and longer compliance requirements and periodic surveys of this facilities. We have now worked on over 1300 Oil Spill Prevention Plans with a total of 140 last year. We continue to provide a wide range of environmental services including Oil Spill Prevention Plans (SPCC), water permitting (Direct and Non Point) plans, Solid and Hazardous waste programs, air permitting programs. Our expertise and strengths in assistance continue to be in are the SPCC and SWP Program assistance. For the 2022 reporting year, we will have completed 286 TIER II reports. Thats an increase of 50% increase in one year. We have also continued to do more Steel Tank Inspections for shop built tanks. Our recent growths in the Airport Organizations now working for over 72 airports, Electrical Service over 51 city electric power plants and utilities, Kansas County Highway Programs 52 organizations, Ready Mix and Aggregate facilities over 125 locations.

The year is starting off good and expect our services and client base to continue to grow. Community Right to Know TIER II reporting over 80 so far. We also started our new employee that will be doing bulk container inspections including steel tanks. Soon we will have 3 STI-SP001 steel tank inspectors. I hope everyone else's year is starting off as productive.

As I am getting ready to attend an Airport Managers Conference this week, I thought I would look at our progress with the airport's organizations. We just completed work for our 72nd airport last week and in the past year we have worked for 20 new airport organizations with environmental compliance programs and steel tank inspections. We really appreciate the support with these organizations and look forward to working with many more, as well as our current clients in the next year.
Got to share! We work with many folks responsible for their environmental compliance. More often then you would think they have never heard of SPCC or SWP! Recently these two programs were brought up to a potential client and why their facility required them. MTCS is in the business of making friends, helping folks, being there 24/7 for questions, helping our clients with inspections if needed, taking a little of worry out of the experience with state/federal visits and potentially bringing huge savings by preventing large fines. We liken ourselves to be like a really cheap insurance policy! This potential customer said that he had never heard of these programs and that he was recently inspected by Kansas Department of Health and Environment for a routine inspection. We did not ask what the visit was for and he did not share with us the reason for it. He further explained he was never asked about this particular program. He then shared that the inspector left a business card with his phone number. We suggested he call the inspector and ask if it is a real deal. He called the inspector and was told 'yes you need one'!
