MSC delivers innovative, comprehensive construction solutions and environmental services in support of federal, state and county agencies. Our focus is to help our clients perform their due diligence in the built and natural environment. Our services include: Construction Inspection Services (Roads & Bridges), ADA Compliance of Pedestrian Systems, Environmental Services, Construction Management and Materials Testing.
