Members of the program will receive specialized training from experience trainers via multi-media platforms and hands-on experience. Starting rate is negotiable based on experience and compensation increases are given as the prospect develops in the Academy towards being a certified operator. . Mechanical Experience or Machine Operation Experience required Computer skills Basic math skills Can operate power tools, drills, hand tools, etc. Read a tape measure.
