The MEC Events Committee hosted another spirited Chili, Soups, and Sweets Cook-Off in early March. It was a delicious and competitive display of tasting, cooking, and rousing team spirit. We enjoyed sampling the cuisine and cheering on our talented participants. The winners of this year’s cook-off are: ?? Chili Champion: Scott Reinhold, Sweet Buffalo Chili ?? Soup Master: Kelly Loos, Creamy Chicken Noodle ?? Our MEC Events team presented a donation check from our 4th Quarter 2024 fundraising efforts that was matched by the W. R. Berkley Corporation Charitable Foundation to Brooke Noecker, Director of Development at HavenHouse St. Louis, on February 27th. HavenHouse St. Louis is a hospital guest house that provides the comfort of home and a community of support to patients and their families traveling more than 25 miles to receive medical care in St. Louis. Our MEC and Berkley team members are honored to help HavenHouse provide comfort, care, and a safe haven for patients and their loved ones when they need it most. #havenhousestl
