During Black History Month, we recognize and honor the achievements of Black Americans throughout U.S. history. In this tradition, Midwest BankCentre celebrates our Black team members and their many accomplishments. Felicia Taylor-Triggs’s entire career has been focused on providing exceptional customer service. Starting as a sales associate for a major department store, she was recruited by a shopper who worked for a local bank and was impressed by the level of service she provided. This began her 27 years in banking, during which she acquired various leadership roles including her current role as Bank Centre Leader at our Page Ave. branch. Felicia has built her career on one guiding principle: “Treating others how you want others to treat you.
