We're Growing & Looking for the Right People to Join Us! Do you have a passion for helping small communities? Our team is expanding in Minnesota, Iowa, Wyoming, Nebraska, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, and Missouri. We’re looking for someone who wants to make a real impact. This role focuses on working with small community water, wastewater, and solid waste systems—helping them with things like: ?? Setting utility rates that actually work for their communities ?? Keeping financial records organized and useful ?? Budgeting and reporting to keep systems running smoothly ?? Asset management to plan for the future We’d love to find someone who: ?? Has experience managing projects and problem-solving on the go ?? Understands utility rate setting and financial management for small systems ?? Communicates well and enjoys working with people ?? Can work independently but also collaborates well with a team ??
