Liberty patrons, WE ARE MOVING!! Here are the latest updates to the new building that will have a special grand opening on Sunday, June 1 located at 6716 Yankee Road in Liberty Township! Liberty Staff got a full tour for the first time yesterday! Since our last update 2 weeks ago, there has been even more progress on the building process, such as: - Carpet and flooring on it's finishing touches - The fireplace has been installed - Front landscaping has started - A hanging instillation in the teen area has been installed - The door for the outside, fenced in area near the juvenile area has been installed - More outside lights have been installed near the sidewalks We are so excited to see this many years long dream become a reality! Keep following us for more updates! *Reminder* March 31 will be the last day that the current Liberty Center location will offer Library services, programming and hold pick up inside the branch. Liberty Center hold locker pick up and exterior book return will be available until May 1. Hold requests can be sent to any MidPointe location.

Some of the work that has been done in the past few weeks:? - Carpet installed in the Community room and Juvenile section? - Bathrooms are almost complete - Lighting has been installed and turned on? - A fenced in area has been installed at the back of the building - An automatic front door has been installed - Lots and lots of painting!! We can't wait to see everyone for the grand opening! Also thank you to the crews that have been working so hard, and in all types of weather conditions to make this many years project come to life! *Reminder* March 31 will be the last day that the current Liberty Center location will offer Library services, programming and hold pick up inside the branch. After years of planning, MidPointe Library System is preparing to move its Liberty location to a brand-new facility, located at 6716 Yankee Road in Liberty Township! March 31 will be the last day that the current Liberty Center location will offer Library services, programming and hold pick up inside the branch. Liberty Center hold locker pick up and exterior book return will be available until May 1. Hold requests can be sent to any MidPointe location. A grand opening celebration at the new location will be held Sunday, June 1. Look for more information coming soon.
