This is one of the best investments, I have ever made… It keeps compounding. Six years ago, I didn’t believe in therapy. I thought it wasn’t for me… Just another thing people talked about but didn’t really need. Fast forward to today, and it’s one of the most valuable investments I’ve ever made in myself. Also, one of the most valuable investments we made as a business, my partners and I go every 10 days together. Therapy or coaching has made me a better leader, a more empathetic teammate, and has strengthened my most important relationships: Especially with my business partners and my wife. It’s given me tools to handle challenges, protect my mental health, and show up for others in ways I never could before. Here’s the real kicker: Life changes when you’re open to new perspectives. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that it’s okay to change your mind when you experience something new or get better information. Growth comes from unlearning and relearning.
