Midloch is pleased to announce the successful disposition of Douglas Square in the Kansas City suburb of Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Douglas Square is a four-building neighborhood retail center with a mix of local, regional, and national tenants. Many thanks to our local operating partner, Black Gate Partners, which led the center’s lease-up from 70% to 91%. Midloch and Black Gate owned the property in a joint venture.
