Welcome! Benvenuto! Bienvenu! Luciano Delpozzo joins Middleby! Luciano has joined Middleby as President of our Coffee Solutions Group based in Seattle. In this role he will direct the activities of Middleby coffee brands Concordia, Synesso, Joe Tap and Bloomfield. Luciano brings a deep knowledge of the global foodservice market to his role. He has successfully led teams to scale businesses in both the European and North American markets and is versed in introducing new innovation to the marketplace. He brings a passion for coffee and expertise in the global coffee landscape to Middleby. To satisfy his curiosity and his quest for continuous learning, Luciano follows the Kaizen principle of "Gemba walks" where he regularly visits specialty coffee shops across North America, Europe and Asia, engaging with operators to understand their challenges and aspirations. Luciano says this hands-on approach has given him valuable insights into both consumer preferences and operator needs across different markets, and in particular the specialty coffee segment. In his personal life skiing is his favorite sport with the Dolomites in northern Italy being his go-to mountain destination. Welcome to Middleby Luciano!
