Middle Street Residential, LLC (MSR) was founded in 2013 by Ryan Knapp and Adam Monroe to both capitalize on Charleston’s burgeoning residential real estate market and complement their already highly successful multi-family business, Middle Street Partners, LLC. The day to day responsibilities of running MSR are handled by its President, Jack M. Daniels. Since its inception, MSR has constructed numerous luxury homes across the Charleston market with sales prices ranging from $899k to $1M+. Utilizing the most highly sought-after local Architects, MSR’s homes strike a delicate balance between luxury and functionality and are constructed in highly desirable locations such as the Old Village in Mt. Pleasant and along the marshes of the Stono River. Capitalizing on Jack’s engineering background combined with over a decade of residential development and land acquisition experience, MSR has created a formidable presence in Charleston’s residential real estate market. Whether it’s assembling and entitling large tracts of land for conveyance to large developers/builders, providing development consulting services to third-party land owners or developing premium land parcels for its own home construction, MSR’s technical diversity and mastery is an ideal combination for successful projects.
