Today, we remember and celebrate the life of Neil Andison, former President of Legrand AV Canada. Neil passed away peacefully on Jan 29th, 2025, due to complications from a stroke. It is with heavy hearts that we acknowledge his passing, but we also take a moment to reflect on the incredible legacy he leaves behind- one built on dedication, integrity, and the kind of leadership that inspired all who had the privilege of working with him. In 1999, Neil was offered the opportunity to establish the Canadian division of Middle Atlantic Products, setting in motion a journey that would transform not only the company but the lives of countless individuals, including many of us. His leadership was far more than just strategic- it was personal. He believed in the potential of every individual. For over two decades, Neil shaped the culture of our team, always leading by example. His legacy is evident in the enduring success of the Canadian division and in the countless lives he influenced, guided and supported. Thank you, Neil, for being more than just a boss- for being a true mentor and an example of leadership done right. Your influence will continue to resonate within the walls of this company and in the hearts of those of us who have had the privilege to work alongside you. Our thoughts are with Neil's family and we extend our deepest condolences. Rest in peace, Neil.
