We’re thrilled to announce that the future high-rise at the former Jersey City Unleashed Pet Resort and Spa site has been approved for new enhancements! The building will now rise to 17 stories with a design that prioritizes more natural light and air for its residents. Big shoutout to Thomas Leane from Connell Foley LLP and MHS Architecture Architects for their outstanding collaboration on this project.
