Thankful
MTC started with a borrowed skid steer and some sheer determination. We’ve grown to almost 140 employees, started a fire apparatus division of sales, servicing, and warranty for Sutphen, a fence division, bought into a 7 statewide electrical contractor, and now a paving division. We have hired some top talent from local competitors, a CFO from a billion dollar company, and we pay our foremen at the top of any pay structure in the business.
