When it turned out to be a fully blocked pipe, they took the time to cut the old pipe out and replace it with new restoring the kitchen to full function. Wayne is a true professional and I waited for my appointment so I could have him be my technician. He brought Justin with him who he is mentoring who also did an excellent job.
