It offers access to their advanced 2.5D/3D technology platform through joint projects, prototyping, and small-scale production. The company is currently expanding its cleanroom space to prepare for its role in the?U.S. government’s IBAS) RESHAPE Program. The expansion will add 5000 sq. ft. of cleanroom space for both 300 and 200mm processing. The new 300mm wafer bumping tools are backwards compatible to support both wafer sizes. Congratulations to John Lannon, General Manager at Micross AIT. He was presented with the International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society (IMAPS) William D. Ashman - John A. Wagnon Technical Achievement Award. October 14th, 2024 – NASA successfully launched the Europa Clipper, with Micross’ M3GB series hybrid DC-DC power supply onboard. Europa Clipper is a robotic solar-powered orbiting satellite that will conduct the first detailed investigation of Jupiter’s icy moon, Europa. Europa Clipper’s solar arrays are the biggest NASA has ever developed for a planetary mission.
