We were honored to continue our work with the NFL Player Care Foundation (PCF) during the 2024 Employer Kickoff Summit last week. It was a privilege to facilitate a panel with a few of our NFL Legends (now Leapers!) that completed our program to highlight their learnings and the value of Microsoft Leap in building not just their technical skillset, but also the confidence to pursue new careers in tech. It's never too early to learn how to think critically, work well in teams, and communicate effectively. That's why we partnered with Microsoft Philanthropy and The Circuit program to design an experience for high school students that ignites the next generation of talent in #tech with sports as the hook! Last week, we celebrated 24 high school students from Chicago Public Schools who completed the 6-week learning?experience involving discussions with industry experts, site visits at companies like Protiviti, and a capstone project with?the Chicago Bulls!? ??
