MNPD is an affiliate of the Association for Nursing Professional Development (ANPD). It is the official organization for, and in support of, all educators in health care settings throughout the mid-Michigan region. Objectives: 1. To provide for the sharing of educational information and resources. 2. To encourage communication through the local, state, and national arenas. 3. To act as a resource network to encourage and assist members in the continuous development, improvement, and practice of education in health care settings. 4. To provide and promote continuing education among health care personnel and/or customers. 5. To act as a resource for other health care professionals and organizations in the development, improvement, and practice of education in health care settings. 6. To provide networking and mentoring in professional development.
