Today on a beautiful winter day Lansing the MMSA board approved an agreement with Alliance for Innovation and Civic Marketplace to be part of the movement to revolutionize government purchasing. Thank you Ron Holifield for making the trip to wintry Michigan and your partnership. We’re excited to start innovating! ??

Last fall we were honored to participate in the Alliance for Innovation's visioning council. We learned a lot about AI and what a great tool it is for local government. To that end we're excited to announce a webinar on January 23, 2025 at 11 am with our partners at Polimorphic to talk about AI. AI is not just a buzzword. AI is truly transforming the way local governments in Michigan tackle the most pressing challenges. From addressing staffing shortages to enhancing data analytics, streamlining municipal code interpretation, and providing off-hours support, this webinar will explore practical applications of cutting-edge technology tailored to the unique needs of Michigan municipalities. In this webinar, you’ll: - Hear success stories from other Michigan local governments - Learn actionable strategies to bring to your operations now - Uncover tools that can help your community thrive in the face of evolving demands - Discover how to determine whether an AI application is safe and secure Don’t miss this opportunity to see how AI can empower your team and better serve your residents. Register today! https://lnkd.in/gTsR_Hhy..

? Attention Local Government Leaders! Michigan Municipal Services Authority (MMSA) has a new IT partnership with Dewpoint. MMSA was created in 2012 to help create more opportunities for local government efficiency?and collaboration. They've met with community leaders and consistently heard that IT and cybersecurity challenges are top priorities. To help address these challenges, MMSA published an RFP last fall and received responses from companies around the world. The board chose Dewpoint as their partner for this new IT Collaborative. Thanks to its unique governing structure, MMSA RFPs satisfy local government bidding requirements. Together, we can quickly get projects started. MMSA’s competitive bidding satisfies local government bidding requirements. We’ve taken the RFP process off your plate and want to make IT services more accessible for local governments of all types and sizes!
