During his tenure at the helm of the DEGC, Kevin has put flash and swagger into the promotion of Detroit while developing a refined pitch that applies to locally owned small businesses as much as the global real estate giants. His leadership has driven remarkable results – overseeing more than $8 billion in new investments, creating over 26,000 jobs, and developing 1.6 million square feet of new or renovated space across Detroit in recent initiatives alone. ??????
