Client Spotlight: Jefferson Chalmers Farmers Market An anchoring hub on the Eastside, JCFM is a recent Round 9 KIP:D+ recipient and a valuable community partner. We were able to connect to a number of the local vendors from last week's Holiday Market Coffee Hour thanks to our relationship with them. Congrats on your implementation grant, and we're excited to see what's in store!

Thanks to everyone who came out to our Holiday Market Coffee Hour. We were happy to see everyone enjoying themselves, meeting with our legal team, and of course checking out all the local vendors had to offer. Special thanks to our vendors: Next Chapter Books, Motor City Popcorn, Bespoke By Feldman, Eastside Roasterz Coffee, Simones Original Smoothies, Supreme Seasoning, Rainbow Gemstonez, and Halcyon Patisserie. It was great to see you all.

Our relationships power our work. By remaining close to nonprofit and community leaders we can leverage our network to better support their work. Our grassroots connections means that when we work with funders, we can deepen the impact of their initiatives and investments because we know what the problems look like from the perspective of those facing them. In this video from our 2023 Annual Report, we discuss how our history and connections, as well as our focus on equity, lets us bridge the gaps in the ecosystem. https://hubs.li/Q02XPpJx0

Client Spotlight: Women of Banglatown We've served WOB through multiple KIP:D+ grant cycles, and we were excited to see them celebrate their 10-year anniversary last week. They've done, and continue to do, important work strengthening the Banglatown arts community, as well as supporting immigrant and first-generation women in Detroit and Hamtramck. Congratulations on a decade!
