It was a Bond themed 60th birthday party with amazing decor ??????????, a play list of Bond soundstracks, a limo drop off and the most sincere and generous people! Fruit and cheese boards ?????????????? along with Banh Mi sliders for the arrivals, followed by Red wine braised short ribs ?? ??, Pan seared Salmon in Beurre Blanc ?? ??, Oven roasted green beans, Mashed potatoes ????, Salad ?? and rolls. Occoquan Historic District is adorable!! Made our way to this cute part of Virginia for a rehearsal dinner set up. Heavy Hors d’oeuvres were the request! Chicken salad and Banh Mi minis, Watermelon with goat cheese stackers, chilled sesame noodles, kale salad, steak bites witg gorgonzola cream sauce, mini carnitas tacos and blueberry/ricotta naan pizzas- These people were the sweetest and we wish them many years of happiness!

Super fun private dinner for a birthday last night! Every plate came back clean! ??? This couple was fantastic, gracious, and very complimentary of the food. We chatted about food and dining experiences and just had a wonderful time. This.
