Last week, Team Members from our Talent Acquisition team, Inclusion and Diversity team and our BOLD (Black Organized Leaders of Diversity) Resource Group participated in the annual MLK Community Job and Resource Fair in Dallas, TX, where they had the chance to connect with members of the community and share what it’s like to work at Michaels. Across our stores, distribution centers, Artistree and Support Center, we’re focused on fostering a culture of belonging, where everyone is welcome and celebrated.? ?
