We have recently handed over the final units completing the Prospero Ansty Park for Manse Opus, covering a total of 184 acres. The construction works for the first unit began in October 2018, and in just over five years, we have completed a total floorspace of 1,872,000 ft2 spread across nine buildings designated for B2, B1 and B8 uses. The development comprises two build-to-suit facilities, for Meggitt PLC and for Cadent Gas, both award-winning projects. ? Our chosen charity this year was Centrepoint the UK’s leading homelessness youth charity that supports over 16,000 young people each year. Centrepoint is a brilliant organisation aiming to end youth homelessness by 2037 through various initiatives such as supported housing, a dedicated helpline, education, and policy influence.
