Next week, MVRPC will host a virtual public input meeting on Thursday, March 27. This meeting is regarding the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) which includes roadway projects, bike/pedestrian projects, bus/transit and other transportation-related projects and services in our Region. Next Tuesday, MVRPC will host a virtual public meeting from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. via Zoom regarding the FINAL DRAFT of the Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) for Darke, Preble and Shelby counties. Parts of I-75 will be under major construction in Moraine between SR 725 and US 35 and in Dayton?between SR 4?and Needmore Rd. The Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission is pleased to present the Regional Resiliency Guidebook & Toolkit. This tool is designed to help local jurisdictions and community partners understand their risks to natural hazards, identify assets and vulnerabilities, and develop best practices to better protect community assets. The guidebook and toolkit are the culmination of the disaster recovery work related to the 2019 Memorial Day tornadoes funded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration and developed in partnership with Sasaki & Associates with support from Laurie Johnson Consulting and Human Nature.
