Omar Sims has joined the lobbying firm MGS Consultants as its newest lobbyist! ? Most recently, he was a consultant in Flint with the Health Alliance Plan (HAP) and Oasis Consultants. Prior to that he was a specialist with Molina Health, a Genesee County Commissioner for six years, and served on the Flint City Council for four years. Additionally, Omar is a Graduate of the Michigan Political Leadership Program (MPLP)!
