In Florida, if adult-use cannabis gets the green light from 60% of voters this November, the state could see a surge of 24,000 new jobs! With or without changes in legislation, the cannabis sector is set to nearly double its workforce, reaching 800,000 jobs by 2028—up from 440,000 in 2024. The cultivation segment, where the magic of plant growth begins, is leading this charge.
