Patricia Stracener, the Director of Federal Program Management at Magellan Federal, says, “I used my VTO to volunteer at the 2025 Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 in Vancouver, Canada! This international event is a Paralympic-style competition for wounded, injured, or sick service members and veterans. This year, winter events were added for the first time, with over 500 competitors from 23 nations. It was an incredible experience, and my husband and I were honored to volunteer for the second time. We hope to be in Birmingham, UK, in 2027!
