The Walnut Creek PTC Team (MGC) and Expansion Team (MWH) along with guests from Austin Water, City of Austin, CAS, Black & Veatch, Guerra, and Encore Group, met to celebrate and partner on major milestones of the near $1 billion improvement project. MGC led these ambitious leaders to reflect in a day dedicated to problem solving, communicating in crucial conversations, and strengthening bonds. ?Activities included a review from their previous teaming session, a SWOT analysis, and a team-building activity focused on the importance of communication. ?Guest speaker, John Jackson from Encore Group, led a session on scheduling and key components of a successful project schedule both from owner and contractors’ perspectives. ? These teaming sessions continue to challenge our internal and external partners to create project chemistry that lead to successful projects. MGC thanks everyone that attended, and we look forward to next year.?#MGCContractors #Milestones

MGC Safety transformed rainout days into a valuable opportunity for in-office safety training. We made the most of this time by utilizing our new structural steel wall for hands-on fall protection training and our newly acquired confined space training structure for scenario-based confined space training. We greatly appreciate the dedication of our employees in actively participating and reinforcing our commitment to a safer work environment. A special thanks to Isidra Vasquez, our Safety Manager, for her focus on ensuring our safety every single day. #MGCContractors #SafetyFirst?
