#TuesdayTruth ?? "I really hate how it seems like I am faking because some days I can talk very well but the next day I can't. Some days I can read, but the next day I can't because of double vision. However, variable muscle weakness goes against 'common sense' and what we use as criteria for when someone is faking it. Very unfair, I even doubt myself sometimes! Why can I talk today but not yesterday? Or this morning but not this afternoon?"
