MGAC is proud to announce the completion of the HomeRise (formerly Community Housing Partnership), San Cristina building in #SanFrancisco. Originally built in 1913, this historic single-room occupancy building underwent a full renovation to enhance structural stability, energy efficiency, and safety. MGAC served as the #ProjectManager for updates that included exterior restoration, upgraded plumbing and electrical systems, a new elevator, and modernized community spaces. With its 58 units, San Cristina continues to provide vital housing for low-income residents. We’re honored to preserve its history while creating a safer, more sustainable living environment for the community.

Our project 318 Oxford Street was Highly Commended in #CircularEconomy at last night's Acceleration to Zero Awards in Glasgow. The redevelopment plans were designed with sustainability at the forefront, including the reuse of existing materials. At MGAC, we are committed to giving back to the community. Recently, members of our Birmingham team successfully completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge in under 12 hours. The group took on a 24-mile round trip route, including 1,585 meters of ascent, alongside a team from Associated Architects, Bruntwood SciTech, and Grand Union . In total, they raised over ￡10,000 for The Growing Project, an organisation that supports people in vulnerable housing or crisis situations in Birmingham.
