In his latest article for Fast Company, MG2 CEO Mitch Smith, AIA, LEED AP discusses the power of collaboration. “Digital interactions have far outpaced our number of in-person interactions, but we still occupy real places and spaces when we have these digital interactions—cafe tables, shops, school cafeterias, office scrums, park benches, and airplane seats. That’s one of the reasons why I know AI won’t rob architects of their jobs—because people still occupy space and need their spaces to be responsive, healthy, inspiring, and beautiful—no matter what they’re doing. Together with our sponsors and participants, we raised $176,000 for Seattle's Fred Hutch in their efforts to battle cancer and provide treatment for those in need. ? ? The Swing for the Cure has always been about more than just golf; it's about forging connections and bringing friends, family, and partners together under one roof for a good cause. After several weeks of traveling (and getting sick - I'm good now!), Today, I finally had the chance to listen to the amazing podcast with Melissa Gonzalez and Albert Gilkey about how Victoria's Secret is redefining its brand, truly listening to its customers, and embracing the value of having a "north star." At Crave Retail, we've been lucky to help millions of shoppers in Victoria's Secret fitting rooms. One story Albert shared really stood out - a young lady who is hearing impaired often found it difficult to communicate her needs, making her fitting room experiences frustrating. But with Crave's Smart Fitting Room and the technology we provide to support associates, she finally had her moment of feeling seen, understood, and celebrated. She expressed how joyful it was to have that experience. I love this about retail - the people, the community, and the way thoughtful solutions can bring store design and experiences to life in meaningful ways. Great podcast, Melissa!
