Meet Tray Elder, a leasing manager in Phoenix, AZ! "I'm super excited to announce that Tray Elder is moving from Leasing Agent at Andante to the Leasing Manager at The Retreat! Tray joined MG Properties in Jan 2021. His first role with us was as a leasing agent. In the past 3+ years, Tray has achieved great things at Andante helping us maintain occupancy and display positive customer service. He is the first to raise his hand to help at several sister sites in the Phoenix area. Now, he will bring his knowledge and experience to The Retreat and look forward to his new leadership role. Welcome Doug Leventon to MG Properties as our new Regional Manager for the Bay Area! Doug was born and raised in the Bay Area, and currently lives in Los Gatos with his wife Sara, their two sons, Spencer and Beckett, and their adorable dog Daisy.? Doug joined the multi-family industry in 2008 and has held leadership roles with Alliance Residential, Greystar, and Riverstone Residential.? When not at work, you can find Doug and his family in the great outdoors as they enjoy camping, hiking, skiing, and snorkeling.? Doug is also a HUGE sports fan and is a life-long follower of the 49ers, Giants and Warriors.? One of the many fun facts about Doug, is he tried out for the part of the young John Conner in Terminator 2, but sadly he didn't?get the part because he wasn't very good at swearing - true story!? #MeetTheTeamThursday

Northern Nevada Region community managers and maintenance supervisors enjoyed a team-building day filled with flavors, sounds, and immersive experiences at Sensology. From a delicious lunch to activities that sparked every sense and plenty of laughs, we celebrated the dedication and teamwork that drive us forward!

Some of our Washington members took volunteering at their local food back to a whole new level! They worked with Food Bank Farm in Snohomish to directly harvest 396 pounds of produce that will be used for those in need. #MGGivesBack
