Exciting progress is underway at Greenpoint Central in Greenpoint, Brooklyn! Our team is proud to be part of this vibrant new residential project designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Madison Realty Capital. This Project, featuring two buildings at 65 and 75 Dupont Street will offer 471 rental units, with 143 designated as affordable housing. Phase one at 75 Dupont Street is nearly complete and construction is full steam ahead on Phase Two at 65 Dupont Street, where exterior work is progressing rapidly. Units will include premium in-unit features such as Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, complemented by amenities like a 24-hour lobby, rooftop deck, and a host of recreational facilities. Construction update on our Midtown Manhattan project,100 West 37th Street! Crews have successfully formed the bottom tier of the concrete superstructure for this 68-story, mixed-use tower. Designed by C3D Architecture PLLC and developed by Sioni Group under 989 Sixth Realty LLC, the 743-foot-tall structure will encompass a total of 384,118 square feet and feature 300 condominium units, 86,817 square feet of commercial space and two cellar levels. Completion is expected in 2026. This week's project highlight, 1515 Surf Avenue in Coney Island, Brooklyn which is completed and ready for occupancy! Developed by LCOR and designed by Studio V Interior Architecture and Design, this two-tower project includes 16- and 26-story buildings connected by a podium, offering a mix of apartments and penthouses, including 139 affordable housing units, and over 35,000 square feet of amenities like an outdoor pool, fitness center, and indoor sports facilities. It features a fully electric design aiming for carbon neutrality, with a significant geothermal system to reduce carbon emissions by over 60%. Kicking off the week with a project highlight! Property Markets Group (PMG) and MoneyShow have broken ground on One Park Sarasota, an 18-story luxury condominium in the heart of The Quay waterfront community in Downtown Sarasota. This project will feature 86 residences with over 40,000 sq. ft. of amenities and stunning views of Sarasota Bay and the city skyline. The residences, designed by Hoyt Architects, will feature luxury details like floor-to-ceiling windows, 12-foot ceilings, outdoor terraces with summer kitchens and high-end finishes like imported Italian cabinetry, custom lighting and smart home technology.
