A family company with Quanta backing, MG Dyess was founded in 1992 in small-town Mississippi. Back then, customers in the region were looking for an open shop contractor that could handle rough, heavy terrain, and we responded to that call by building a team that could get the job done. Over nearly 30 years, MG Dyess has increased its geographical footprint but retained its small-town, family-based values. Now, as a Quanta company, we have unprecedented capabilities, equipment, and safety protocols. Since our founding, MG Dyess has had one simple mission: to be the best-in-class highly skilled, merit shop workforce. We have been dedicated to detail and precision on large-scale energy projects for generations.
