In the spirit of Thanksgiving, on behalf of the collaborative organizations (Do For The World, @Lovers of the Holy Cross Los Angeles, VIET-CARE and Moving Forward Psychological Institute, Inc, we want to thank everyone for contributing to a successful 1st Annual Feast of Gratitude. Our intentions are to create opportunities to bring community members together to connect with each other, to share their stories, connect with the different resources and services providers that can support and enhance their life quality (stable housing, financial security, affordable health insurance, meaningful employment, joyful social-emotional-physical activities, and valuable information to support a healthier and happier life). It was a beautiful day for our event today. Love seeing individuals of all ages and families coming out to volunteer for a meaningful and impactful event. Together, we impacted 450 individuals who attended our first annual Feast of Thanksgiving! Good news to those who want to get involved next year! From today’s event, we have secured the venue and date for next year’s Feast of Gratitude - November 22, 2025!
