We recently hosted our Diversity Outreach Connect event, a celebration of collaboration and the incredible contributions of our partners. Today, we’re thrilled to officially announce the winners of our Diversity Contractor Appreciation Awards: Accounting Excellence: Chisholm Lumber Innovation Leadership: The Apogee Construction Company Commitment to Safety: Fox Contractors Corp. Field Operations Excellence: Neat & Clean Solutions These partners exemplify the hard work, innovation, and dedication that help shape successful projects. While the event was a fantastic opportunity to connect and celebrate, it’s just as meaningful to shine a spotlight on the individuals and teams who truly make a difference.

Meyer Najem Southeast 2024 food drive is complete. We were able to deliver two and a half truck loads of food (43,500 servings) to Mandarin Food Bank just in time for Thanksgiving meal preparations. The team came together for a great cause once again and we beat last years serving count! I am so proud if you cant tell. Happy holiday season to everyone.

Four deep-fried turkeys, six pies, two trays of mac & cheese, and a mountain of carbs later... we’re officially in a food coma. But hey, what’s Thanksgiving without overindulging with your work fam? We’re grateful for our Meyer Najem team and the chance to celebrate together. Now excuse us while we nap off the feast. Productivity resumes tomorrow… maybe. Happy pre-Thanksgiving everyone!

Wrapping up the year at our Young Professionals End-of-Year event at Topgolf! With friendly competitions, raffle prizes, and games, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate a fantastic year. Cheers to our Young Professionals!

This transformational career and innovation center, supported by Indiana’s READI funding, will be a dedicated hub for workforce and higher education opportunities. ? A special shoutout to partners Hancock County Career Center,?Ivy Tech Community College, and?HANCOCK REGIONAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATION INC for making this vision a reality. The Greenfield facility is projected to open in July 2026 with room for future expansion. ? Congratulations to Lucas Oil Products on the grand opening of their impressive new global headquarters in Indianapolis! We’re honored to have partnered with them on this exciting project, building a space that reflects Lucas Oil’s dynamic culture and celebrates their contributions to motorsports and beyond. The 70,000-square-foot, two-story facility boasts premium amenities for employees, including themed meeting spaces like the “Courage” conference room, break rooms named after their iconic products, and even a museum showcasing Lucas Oil’s rich history in sports. As Lucas Oil consolidates key operations here in Indiana, this new headquarters will strengthen their team—including offices for MAVTV, their motorsports cable network. From exterior enhancements to a full interior rebuild, this project has been a journey, and we’re thrilled to have helped bring Lucas Oil’s vision to life.
