Preparation for #SuperBowl logistics began months ago, working directly with the city of New Orleans and the NFL on a plan to accommodate the 100,000+ people who traveled into town for the highly anticipated Chiefs vs. Eagles showdown. Pre-marketed parking options helped fans find and purchase 6,000 spaces in advance.
When game day arrived, we avoided logistical headaches by expertly activating Valet efforts, shuttling fans from parking locations and deploying Metropolis Vision technology for seamless checkout experiences.
The real win? We welcomed thousands of new Members onto the Metropolis experience and our technology provided critical support and infrastructure to improve the fan experience.
