Last week we hosted our Operations and Revenue Leadership in Houston. This wasn't just a celebration of our last year but a look into the exciting future of what the Metropolis team will build together. We took time to acknowledge some of the great work this team has done in the past year as One Metropolis and recognize the exemplary efforts of a few of our leaders across our organization. A special thank you to our guest speakers Baron Davis and Jamie Siminoff who spoke about their own personal transformations. Onwards!

Houston was TRANSFORMATIVE in so many ways! Metropolis Technologies brought together so many leaders from around the country to share the vision for where we're going. Most people knew the story of where we came from and how it started, but the vision to transform numerous industries (starting with parking) was shared broadly to a roomful of exuberant nods. It was great to explore Houston, a city that we service in a major way (see the map below!). Whether it's the Women's Hospital, Museum Tower or a litany of downtown Houston Garages, Houstonians PARK WITH METROPOLIS! Thank you for hosting us in your home city Jay Layden James Timmons, CPP. Wrapping up my first Metropolis Technologies annual meeting at the JW Marriott in Houston, I feel more invigorated and blown away than when I first joined this remarkable organization last summer. So grateful to our leadership, customers, real estate partners and my team for the opportunity to have a blast while disrupting an industry.

Nearly a decade ago, I was introduced to this group as well as many other talented and hardworking leaders while we operated MGM Resorts parking in Las Vegas. We all transformed into new roles over the years and now I am still proud to work along side these incredible leaders while at Metropolis Technologies. Each one of us has taken a separate journey whether it be Aviation, Large Venues, Senior Leadership, Revenue Management or even some crusty old sales guy ha (that's me). This week we all were reunited together at Transform 2025 in Houston where Metropolis Technologies recognized what we have accomplished since the acquisition but also showed us what the future of our company looks like.
