Last week, IMEC Regional Manager THOMAS GRANT and Technical Specialist Salvador Mendoza had the chance to meet with Metropolis Coffee Company to help them with their ongoing efforts to implement lean manufacturing processes at their state-of-the-art Chicago Roastery along the Chicago River. You’ll find Metropolis coffee at hundreds of partner cafés, restaurants, grocers, hotels, offices, and just about anywhere great coffee is served.
