Today, we’re spotlighting VCU Health Parking Garage in Richmond, VA. Medical students and employees of VCU Health System in Richmond, VA now have a more convenient, safer, and more protected parking option on the VCU Health medical campus. Built to replace an existing surface lot, the VCU Health System Parking Garage is a five-story precast concrete parking deck with a medium sandblast finish on the exterior fa?ade. Developed as a precast concrete design-build project with Howard Shockey & Sons and The Eisen Group, the parking deck provides 1200 new parking spaces for VCU Health’s medical students and employees and includes parking to accommodate the future growth of the medical campus.
