The Metrolina Business Council is a networking group for ambitious entrepreneurs and accomplished executives in the Charlotte, NC metro area. Our goal is to provide a platform for business owners to connect, collaborate and grow their businesses. We understand the importance of building a strong network and we believe that by working together, we can achieve more than working alone. Our group meets on the first and third Wednesday of every month and we invite top level speakers from the community to share their knowledge and experience with our members. These speakers come from various backgrounds and industries, and they bring valuable insights on different aspects of running a business. By attending our meetings, you will have the opportunity to learn from successful business leaders, exchange ideas and make new connections. One of the benefits of joining the Metrolina Business Council is the opportunity to establish relationships with other business owners in the community. As a member, you will have access to a network of like-minded individuals who are also running their own businesses. These connections can lead to valuable partnerships, collaborations and even new business opportunities. Our members often share their knowledge, resources and networks with one another, which can be a great benefit for any business owner. In addition to our monthly meetings, we also offer a variety of other networking events and opportunities. These can include social events, workshops and training sessions, and other activities that provide opportunities for members to connect with one another and learn from experts in different fields. Our group is open to business owners from all industries and sectors. Whether you are a freelancer, an entrepreneur, or a small business owner, you are welcome to join the Metrolina Business Council. We believe that diversity is key, and we welcome members from different backgrounds and experiences.

This morning at Project 658, we had the pleasure of hearing from Hans Grell, founder of Bright Audio Video LLC. Hans has had an incredible journey—born in Transylvania, raised in Germany as an electrician, and then making his way to the U.S. in 2004 as an au pair. From studying IT at CPCC and Queens to purchasing a company in 2012, Hans has grown Bright AV from 2 employees to 12, with locations in Pineville, NC, and Charleston, SC.
