The Center for BrainHealth's 2025 BrainHealth Week starts today! ?? This week highlights the importance of brain health, shares simple habits to boost brain fitness, and empowers you to take control of your mind! ?? Learn more here ?? https://lnkd.in/gWJziCxt
Cheers to all of those who are making the 2025 BrainHealth Week happen! Most people don't think about brain health until they have a problem – but our annual BrainHealth Week is changing that. Our sponsors and partners bring together the North Texas community (and beyond!) to learn about brain health and celebrate the potential each one of us holds. Why is brain health Important to your organization? ESSENTIAL TO WELLNESS Like with heart health, being proactive helps us remain more resilient, mentally fit and innovative. ESSENTIAL TO PERFORMANCE We all have toxic habits that make us less productive. With more strategic focus, each of us can improve. ESSENTIAL TO EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION Small habit changes can make a dramatic difference to create more mental energy and reduce stress. There is still time to be part of this week! Take the pledge on our website - it's quick and easy - and energize your organization or community by encouraging a brain-healthy practice next week! Be part of #BrainHealthWeek! https://lnkd.in/g7spkVfH
