The initial residents are expected by late summer 2025, with the lagoon, offering activities like kayaking and paddleboarding, slated for public access by 2027. With Moffitt Cancer Center’s upcoming 775-acre Speros campus in Pasco County set to employ 4,000+ team members, the region is bracing for a surge in demand for housing. Metro Development Group has been working to secure major employers like Moffitt, Baycare, Advent Health, and Johns Hopkins for it's 6,200 acre Angeline master-planned community. Pasco has long been a more affordable alternative to Pinellas and Hillsborough County, but as more residents migrate north, developers are racing to keep up.
