Last week, I had the honor of participating in the Metro DC Hispanic Contractors Community Services Inc first annual fundraiser! ???? We gathered leaders from the construction, legal, and utilities sectors for a powerful discussion on how diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are shaping our industry. Special thanks to Mayor Muriel Bowser for her inspiring speech and to our panelists Wes Stith, Chrystal Stowe, O'Reilly E McWilliams III, Felipe E., and Carlos Perdomo for their valuable insights. Kudos to Valencia McClure our amazing moderator, and to Fuquan Collins for his moving keynote. As a board member, I’m proud of what we achieved. Huge shout out to Cely Argueta and the planning committee for making this event a success! Proceeds will support our food and education programs.
