At Metro Collaborative, we work to connect innovative leaders from all walks of the health care community for purposes of networking, local relationship building, and cross-field healthcare education. These collaborative relationships create a unique opportunity for both personal and professional growth along with access to a trusted community of peers. This trust and understanding generates quality referrals and innovative ideas regarding challenges faced by today's medical practitioners. By providing greater access to professionals of differing healthcare niches, patients are offered a higher-quality level of care. How It Works: Through group dinners, members have the chance to get to know to one another, while also showcasing formal presentations regarding their expertise. Fellow members gain insight into each other's passions, values, business models, and the ‘ins and outs’ of other health fields. With the facilitation of one of our company leaders, a tight-knit clinical community, founded on the ideals of mutual understanding and collective trust, emerges. Retreat - Geared for clinicians and business owners wanting to?deepen their skills?in leadership, self-care, and strategic decision-making.?We host our attendees at?The Villa Serena in the Dominican Republic?in the late summer and early winter. Design - In today's digital world, it is more important than ever to "be with the times" with your company’s branding and marketing. Our designer and connections can help create all of the tools to reach your target audience.
