?? Last week, we kicked off the first retail building at The Commons at Rivery in Georgetown, TX for Partners! This 15,000 SF retail space is just the beginning of an exciting 14-acre mixed-use development, which will also include a 300-unit multi-family community by Novak Brothers. Special shout-out to our design team— Jesús Tijerina, Martin Rodriguez, Alejandra Trumm, and Daniel Shearer, AIA, NCARB?—and no project is a success without great project partners so a big thanks to?Headwater?Construction, Westwood Professional Services, DBR, and DUDLEY? for all of your efforts! We were honored to have Mayor Joshua Schroeder?help kick off the event, sharing his excitement for transforming this area into a new hub for live, work, and play.
